CONCORD, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Concord man was arrested Friday around 10:40 p.m., after sheriff’s patrols responded to multiple 911 calls at a residence.
The sheriff’s office say calls to police concerned a man threatening family members with a shot gun. On the scene on Belcher Road, deputies evacuated two female occupants from the house. Deputies and additional police forces attempted to contact the gunman, and he eventually came out of the house and was taken into custody.
The sheriff’s office says the shotgun was recovered from the home. The male suspect was arrested and charged with two counts of menacing. He was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
The names of the man or the two females are not being released by authorities to the domestic nature of the incident.
