HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Chautauqua County man is facing seven counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Sheriff's investgators say 31-year-old Chad Ellis of Hanover sent sexually-explicit text messages to a 14-year-old girl over a two-month period.
