SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Blasdell man is accused of driving with more than twice the legal BAC.
While on patrol Sunday around 8:40 p.m., the Erie County Sheriff’s Office says they stopped 46-year-old William Max. Max was stopped for speeding on Route 39, near Route 219.
The sheriff’s office says a breath test revealed a .19 percent BAC. Max was charged with felony DWI, aggravated DWI and traffic infractions. He was charged with a felony because of a 2004 DWI conviction.
He was processed at the Springville station and released on appearance tickets.
