ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Attica man is facing drug charges after he allegedly refused to pay for items at 7/11 and was placed under arrest.
Attica Police say 22-year-old Steven Snyder refused to pay for items at a 7/11 store and fled the scene. Village police stopped Snyder at West Avenue and Railroad Street and arrested him for petit larceny.
During the stop, police say a hypodermic needle was found in Snyder’s possession. Police say he was charged with hypodermic instrument and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Snyder was arraigned in Town of Attica Court and will return at a later date.
