NAPOLI, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reports finding approximately 23 pounds of marijuana at a home in Napoli.
Police say 60-year-old James Leach was charged after they conducted a search warrant that resulted in finding a drying room containing marijuana.
Leach was charged with first-degree possession of marijuana and unlicensed growing of cannbis. He is being held at Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of bail.
