State Police say 47-year-old Frank Wisniewski grabbed, shoved and physically restrained a female to keep her from leaving a residence. The female suffered a left knee injury from the incident. The domestic dispute resulted in a second-degree Unlawful Imprisonment charge and a third-degree Assault charge against Wisniewski.
Wisniewski is also charged with Violation of Parole. Police say he is currently under New York State Parole supervision for a 2009 drug charge.
