CATTARAUGUS INDIAN RESERVATION (WIVB) - A 22-year-old man has been indicted on charges he murdered his 20-year-old half brother on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation.
In July, Cody Testerman was arrested and accused of luring his half-brother, Jesse Seneca, into a wooded area not far from his home on Route 438 and stabbing him to death. Seneca's body wasn't discovered for a few days, and police say Testerman admitted killing him while being interviewed by investigators.
Testerman is charged with second degree murder. If convicted, he will face a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison.
