WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two Wellsville men are facing charges after a reported hit-and-run accident at A Plus.

Village of Wellsville Police charged 44-year-old Steven E. Masters with unsafe backing and leaving the scene of a property damage auto accident. He was arraigned in village court, and released to appear at a later date.

Police say that as a result of the investigation, 39-year-old Darrick D. Conners was arrested and charged with failure to appear. He was arraigned in village court and remanded to Allegany County Jail in lieu of $280.
