ISCHUA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier man is accused of having a meth lab at his residence on Yankee Hill Road, in the Town of Ischua.
State Police say that after a lengthy investigation by several agencies, 24-year-old Donald J. Johnson was charged with felony unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the third degree. Police say officials seized laboratory equipment and items used in the production of methamphetamine from his residence.

Johnson was arraigned in Town of Ischua Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail for $20,000 bail.
