Man accused of more than 2x legal BAC

GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says a Grand Island man was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

According to the sheriff’s office, 28-year-old Jeremy Roberts was stopped for speeding on East Park Road around 12:30 a.m. Monday. The sheriff’s office says Roberts was arrested for DWI and his breath test revealed an alleged .20 percent BAC, more than twice the legal limit.

Roberts was released and issued an appearance ticket.
