CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Williamsville man is accused of driving his car drunk, crossing a grass median and driving in circles before stopping. The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Joshua H. Tschari was driving with a blood alcohol content of more than three times the legal limit at the time of the alleged incident.
Tschari was stopped by police at 2 a.m. Friday, on Main Street in Clarence. Tschari was arrested for aggravated DWI after several field sobriety tests, and a breath test that revealed his .26 percent BAC. Tschari was released on appearance tickets and will be in Town of Clarence Court at a later date.
