BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man is accused of three residential burglaries in August and September of last year.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says 33-year-old Bryan Colon was arraigned Thursday morning, on an indictment charging him with burglaries in Newstead, Elma and Grand Island.
If Colon is charged with the three burglaries, he could face a maximum prison sentence of 45 years.
