BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man has been charged, in connection with robberies and a rape.
Twenty-six-year-old Curlie A. Green is accused of numerous robberies on October 16th and October 31st, three of which that he allegedly displayed a pistol. Green is also accused of taking a 17-year-old girl to railroad tracks in Buffalo and raping her, on October 31st.
Green is accused of first-degree rape, three counts of second-degree robbery and one count of third-degree robbery.
If convicted, Green faces a maximum prison sentence of 77 years in prison.
