Man accused of sex conduct against girl

GREAT VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Great Valley man is facing disturbing charges in a child sex abuse case. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says 57-year-old Paul R. Starks engaged in sexual conduct with a girl under the age of 11 multiple times.

The sheriff’s office says Starks was arrested late Tuesday night and charged with one county of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child. He was arraigned in Town of New Albion and is being held on $50,000 bail.
