Man accused of sex crime against child

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police have announced disturbing charges against a man, after he was arrested on September 25th near Jamestown.
Police say 48-year-old Douglas Nelson, of Falconer and Greenhurst, was arrested for sexual act against a child.

Nelson is charged with second-degree criminal sexual act, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana.
