Man accused of stealing benefits

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Lockport man is accused of collecting more than $4,500 in unemployment benefits while working for two separate employers in 2011.
Police say 31-year-old Garrett Oliver was arrested for felony charges, including third-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing.

State Police say he had outstanding warrants from Cortland Police for a DWI charge and a probation violation for the Tompkins County Probation Department.
