LEON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Kennedy man is accused of entering a residence on Ruckh Hill Road Monday morning, in the Town of Leon, and stealing property from inside.

Nineteen-year-old Ryan Paulisick is charged with felony second-degree burglary and felony third-degree grand larceny.

Paulisick was arraigned and taken to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
