STAFFORD, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man allegedly spraying graffiti on a NYS Thruway bridge in Genesee County has been arrested.

State Police arrested 54-year-old Oliver Glover of Rochester on Tuesday. Authorities say Glover is responsible for "tagging" a bridge on the I-90 between the Batavia and LeRoy exits with disparaging statements about the President of the United States five times. It was cleaned off each time by the Thruway Authority, and police are investigating the possibility that Glover spread graffiti at other locations on the thruway between Buffalo and Rochester.

Glover has been charged with third degree criminal mischief, five counts of making graffiti, possession of graffiti instruments, and unlawfully dealing with fireworks. He was released after being processed and will return to Town of Stafford Court on Valentine's Day at 9 a.m.
