DERBY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Derby man was sent to state prison Thursday, after admitting to sexually abusing a child between June and November of 2005.
Erie County District Attorney Frank Sedita said 34-year-old Alan Harroun admits to sexually abusing a seven-year-old child. Harroun pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted rape and first-degree attempted criminal sexual act.
Harroun was sentenced to ten years in state prison and five years post release supervision.
