BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man pleaded guilty to public lewdness in Buffalo City Court Thursday morning, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. This is the man’s third conviction for similar conduct in the past 15 months.
Gerard Schuh, 24, admitted to exposing himself to two women as they were leaving an apartment building at Bailey and Dartmouth Avenues, on October 9th.
In July, 2011 Schuh was convicted of public lewdness. In August, 2011 he was convicted of exposing himself to a minor, and was sentenced to one year in jail.
Schuh was sentenced to the maximum sentence of 90 days in jail Thursday.
