BELMONT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Cattaraugus County man now admits he intentionally hurt a six-month-old baby.

Cody Peck pleaded guilty to assault. Prosecutors say the 21-year-old threw the infant into a crib in Allegany County last November, causing the baby injuries.

Peck will be sentenced in December.
