BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man with a violent criminal past pleaded guilty Monday, to aiding in the robbery of a pizza delivery driver.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says 35-year-old Leland Jirdon admits to his role in the robbery on Davidson Street back in April. The driver was robbed of $205, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
The co defendant 22-year-old Ishamele Adams pleaded guilty and faces three-and-a-half to 15 years in prison. Jirdon has a previous violent felony conviction, and faces an enhanced sentence of seven to fifteen years as a second violent felon. He will learn his sentence in late April.
