BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man admits he stole more than half a million dollars from a local cleric.
Fifty-seven-year-old Richard Kesick pleaded guilty to grand larceny on Tuesday. He fooled a 91-year-old cleric from Buffalo into giving him money several times, totaling more than $500,000. Prosecutors say Kesick used the money for gambling.
He faces up to seven years behind bars when he is sentenced.
