BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man who is currently serving prison time pleaded guilty Thursday, to child sex abuse charges stemming from incidents in 2007.

The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says 52-year-old Donald Filer pled guilty to raping and sodomizing a 10-year-old child between February and March of 2007. The DA’s office says Filer also pled guilty to sexually abusing a five-year-old child in March of 2007.

Filer is currently serving an indeterminate sentence of 32 years to life for a crime involving one of the same victims. Filer faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life, when he is sentenced in February.
