SOUTH VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 24-year-old South Valley man was charged with cruelty to animals after police further investigated a citizen complaint.
Deven Dudenhoeffer allegedly admitted to Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies that he shot and killed a dog on January 11, 2013 in the Town of South Valley.
He was processed and released and is due to appear back in South Valley Court at a later date.
