FRENCH CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Jamestown man was arrested Saturday afternoon after police responded to a complaint call on Belknap Road in the Town of French Creek.
The complaint involved a subject shooting and killing a neighbor's dog and shooting and injuring another one.
Dennis Teed, 44, of French Creek allegedly admitted to shooting the dogs because they were trespassing on his land.
Reportedly, Teed followed the dogs and killed one once he saw them on his property.
He was arrested for Felony Criminal Mischief 3rd, Felony Aggravated Cruelty to animals, and Misdemeanor Cruelty to animals.
