Man allegedly attacks girlfriend's mom

KENMORE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Kenmore Police say a 25-year-old man attacked his girlfriend’s mother in her Nassau Avenue home, on December 30th.
Police say Kurt Nagel allegedly attacked a 54-year-old woman using a blunt object, leaving her with severe head injuries that required surgery.
Nagel is charged with first-degree assault. He was arraigned, and the judge set $100,000 bail pending a felony hearing.
