RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Randolph man was arrested on Saturday, during the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s warrant attempt for another individual.
The sheriff’s office says they were conducting a warrant attempt at 27-year-old Derrick J. Pauley’s residence for another individual. They say Pauley became verbally combative and engaged in a threatening manner towards deputies.
The sheriff’s office arrested Pauley for disorderly conduct, and he was released on an appearance ticket.
