ROYALTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Batavia father is facing charges after allegedly driving drunk with his kids in the car in Niagara County.
Deputies arrested 57-year-old Joseph Zajaczkowski in Royalton on Royalton Center Road around 11 p.m. on Monday and charged him with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says Zajaczkowski was drunk behind the wheel with his two 13-year-old children as passengers.
Zajaczkowski was taken to the Niagara County Jail on $750 bail.
