ALLEGANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier man is accused of loading a Kwik Fill gift card and never paying for it. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Brian J. Bliss, of Olean, is now facing a petit larceny charge.

The sheriff’s office says that while Bliss was at work, he had taken a gift card with $473.38 on it without permission. He allegedly loaded the card without paying for it.

He was taken into custody without incident and is due back in court at a later date.
