FREDONIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man is accused of firing a handgun towards a group of people outside of his home on Center Street in Fredonia Monday morning. Fredonia Police say 22-year-old Ronald A. Duman Jr. is now facing felony charges.
According to police, Duman Jr. pointed the handgun at a man and his friends as they got into vehicles and attempted to leave a driveway, before firing a round and missing the vehicle. Police say they apprehended Duman Jr. in the same area Monday at 7 p.m. Police say they also recovered the handgun used in the shooting.
Duman is being held by police. He is facing felony charges for reckless endangerment, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
