ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Rochester man was arrested Saturday, for allegedly forcibly touching a coworker. State Police say 42-year-old Arturo Melendez is accused of unwanted physical contact with a coworker at a hotel outside of Rochester.

After his arrest, Melendez allegedly located and followed the 19-year-old female victim. When stopped at traffic, State Police say Melendez got out of his vehicle and tried to open the victim’s passenger side door.

Melendez is charged with Forcible Touching, a class A misdemeanor.
