BROCTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police arrested a man on drug charges after a traffic stop on Main Street, in Brocton.
According to police, 27-year-old Scott Stein was stopped for having no plate lamps. They say he was found to be in possession of over 44 grams of marijuana and a marijuana smoking pipe with residue.
Stein is charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is due in court in January.
