JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say an investigation into an illegally parked car, that was hindering a town snow plow, led to criminal charges early Thursday morning.
Police say 40-year-old Michael J. Anderson was located walking down Peck Hill Road, in Jamestown, carrying a gym bag with tools commonly used for scrapping metal inside.
Anderson was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, possession of burglar’s tools, unlawful possession of marijuana.
