Man allegedly hosts underage party

FREDONIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Fredonia man is accused of throwing a party overnight, where several underage people were drinking alcohol.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, they responded to reports and found a large party taking place. The sheriff's office says 23-year-old Joshua Hart was arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.
