HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Forestville man Thursday evening, after an incident that happened in Hanover earlier this month. The sheriff’s office says Stephen J. Numan pointed a gun at two people who were loading a disabled snowmobile onto a truck.
According to the sheriff’s office, Numan is facing two counts of second-degree menacing in connection to the March 4th incident.
