BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man has been indicted on charges he ran an online bulletin board for the purpose of sharing child pornography.
On Friday, a federal grand jury returned a three-count indictment charging 32-year-old Jeremy Otrosinka of advertising, receiving, and distributing child pornography. The U.S. Attorney's Office says Otrosinka created the password-protected website to discuss and share child pornography. Members would post links to images and videos of child pornography, and authorities say Otrosinka also sent and received e-mails containing child pornography.
If he is convicted, Otrosinka will face a mandatory sentence of a minimum five years in jail, but he could face a maximum sentence of 60 years in jail.
