PERRY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Fillmore man is facing felony charges, after allegedly selling drugs to a drug task force agent.
The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office says 41-year-old Shawn McCumiskey sold marijuana and oxycodone to a drug task force agent in April, in Perry, and May, in Pike.
McCumiskey is charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal sale of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.
McCumiskey posted $25,000 bond and is scheduled to return to Wyoming County Court at a later date.
