OTTO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Cattaraugus man is facing charges after deputies say he shoved a woman while she held a 1-month-old child.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's office says on Wednesday afternoon in the town of Otto, Jonathan Huchingson, 25, pushed a woman to the floor of a bedroom as she held the infant, and then punched her in the side of the face. Deputies took Huchingson into custody and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child and second degree harassment.
