VARYSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Wyoming County man was arrested Sunday after police say he was blaring music and throwing furniture from an upstairs window.
Troopers were called to Varysburg by 39-year-old Peter Davis, II's downstairs neighbors, who told authorities Davis refused to lower his music and had verbally and physically threatened them. Authorities say Davis tried to resist arrest and troopers were forced to subdue him.
Davis is charged with third degree menacing, resisting arrest, second degree harassment and disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Wyoming County Jail on $1,000 bail.
