VARYSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Varysburg man is accused of threatening his neighbors and attempting to throw things at them from an upstairs apartment on Sunday, after he refused to lower his music.
State Police say 39-year-old Peter J. Davis II verbally and physically threatened several of his neighbors. He is also accused of attempting to physically resist Troopers who had to subdue him.
Davis II was charged with third-degree menacing, resisting arrest, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. He was taken to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
