JAMESTOWN. N.Y. (WIVB) - A man is accused of photographing a woman while she was preparing to enter a tanning bed, in Jamestown.
Jamestown Police says they were called to The Tanning Bed on Foote Avenue, on Thursday afternoon. They say a female customer reported being photographed by a male customer, while preparing to enter the tanning bed.
Police say that their investigation revealed that 37-year-old John W. Ramey, of Bemus Point, used his cell phone to take a picture of the woman. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance.
