DEPEW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Depew man accused of fooling women into sending him racy photos was arraigned Wednesday.
Investigators say Todd Nicosia posed as a woman on Facebook and claimed he was a modeling agent. Police say women - who were all over 20-years-old - sent Nicosia pictures of themselves wearing only underwear.
The women were promised money and sometimes offered casting opportunities in pornographic movies if they sent nude photos.
Nicosia is charged with criminal impersonation, aggravated harassment, and scheme to defraud.
