BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man has been indicted on second degree murder charges in a drive-by shooting that killed one and injured another.

Rayshawn Bethany, 27, was in court on Friday. He's accused of pulling the trigger in a drive-by shooting on 18th Street in the city last May that killed 25-year-old Vernon Hardy and injured a 17-year-old girl.

If convicted, Bethany faces a sentence of 25 years to life.
