SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Concord man was arrested Sunday morning in Springville making this his third arrest within a little over a week.
A deputy on patrol in Springville around 11 a.m. observed a vehicle that was stopped in the middle of the street where the driver seemed to be passed out.
Ryan Drumsta, 21, conducted field sobriety tests and was determined to be intoxicated after the deputy woke him up from behind the wheel.
Drumsta was arrested for DWI Drugs and was additionally charged with having a suspended driver's license as well as other vehicle and traffic violations.
He refused a blood test and was later released and scheduled to appear in the Village of Springville Couty in the future.
One of Drumsta's previous arrests includes when deputies found him to be in possession of prescription medication he allegedly took from a Springville resident. The other incident he was involved in was when he crashed into six brand new cars and the showroom at Bob Johnson Motors a few days after his first arrest.
