Man arrested after urinating on tree

WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Wellsville Police arrested a 54-year-old man for urinating on a tree in a public park in the village on Sunday.

Carl Testerman was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana. Police say he urinated against a tree in Island Park.

Testerman will appear in court at a later date.
