TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police arrested a man they say was driving drunk late Friday afternoon on the I-290 in Tonawanda.
Troopers pulled over 55-year-old Floyd Anderson of Buffalo around 4 p.m. for failing to keep right. Authorities say in plain view in Anderson's vehicle was a cocaine smoking pipe and a search turned up a small amount of cocaine.
Anderson was placed under arrest and at the police barracks, his BAC was reportedly .18 percent when tested.
Due to a prior conviction, police charged Anderson with felony DWI and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
