Man arrested for fatal double shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police have arrested a 22-year-old man and charged him with a fatal double shooting on Fillmore Avenue early Sunday morning.
John Carney is charged with second degree murder and first degree assault in the shooting that killed 23-year-old Jeremy Lott and injured 26-year-old Lareeca Love. The two were hit by gunfire just after 2 a.m. on Sunday in the 1200 block of Fillmore.
Love was taken to ECMC and is listed in stable condition.
