SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Detectives have arrested the man they believe robbed the Springbrook Pharmacy in Springville over the summer.
John Pasinki, III was arrested late last week after a lengthy investigation. The Erie County Sheriff's Office says the 30-year-old entered the pharmacy on West Main Street last July, claimed he had a gun, and demanded the pharmacist hand over Fentanyl patches.
Pasinski is charged with third degree robbery. After being arraigned, he was taken to the Erie County Holding Center on $25,000 bail.
Detectives say their investigation continues. Anyone with information on the crime should call 667-5224.
