CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man was arrested in Walmart after police say he drove there drunk.
Troopers were called to the Transit Road store in Clarence Saturday evening on reports a man was harassing patrons. When they arrived, troopers found 48-year-old Douglas Rhea of Cheektowaga to be intoxicated. Rhea apparently told police he had driven to the store to get money from his wife for dinner.
Instead of going to dinner, Rhea was arrested. Troopers say his BAC was .25 percent - more then three times the legal limit.
Rhea will appear in Town of Clarence Court in October to face an aggravated DWI charge.
